Our inflatable movie screen rental packages include everything you need, you just provide us the licensed film / media that you'd like to show. Sizes range from 20'-30' Wide! Each Moonlite Movie Outdoor Movie Package Includes Pro Audio, HD Projector, Microphone, & Setup by your Movie Pros. Whether it's a backyard movie party for 5 or a drive in movie series for 500, we have you covered! Add in radio transmitter to broadcast your movie to cars for the true Drive-In Movie Theater experience.
We setup & deliver the big screen movie right to you, setup in about an hour. Once we're all set, we begin projector & audio tests followed by any media/sponsor ads you'd like played before the movie. Movie start time is usually 15-30 minutes after sunset. Outdoor Inflatable Movies are great for all events & bringing the joy of theater, outdoors!

Booking Information & Setup Procedure
Let's get your movie night planning started! Simply contact us via phone, text, or email to begin your quote. We require a 50% deposit to book with remainder due 30 days prior to the event. We will ask you a few questions about the location, attendance, and date to build your customizable quote and guide you to our best screen for your event. We provide everything you need except the movie/media. If your event is a private backyard party you won't need a movie license, however if it's an event in a public forum like a park, school, mall, etc. you will need to obtain movie licensing from Swank Movie Licensing or Criterion. We are not legally allowed to provide the film licensing for you, the end user or client. Please confirm what platform media you'll be providing at time of booking.
The day of the event we will arrive between 4 - 6 PM or two hours before start time to begin setting up the screen and audio visual equipment. Once the screen is inflated and ready to go, we will test our audio gear and microphone. You may also make any announcements for your guests & friends! Our team will begin the projector testing at dusk and show any pre-show media you desire. This can include: sponsor ads, live camera streams, video games, music videos, general announcements, concessions sales, etc. Please have this info & media submitted to us two weeks prior to the event.
The movie will begin 15-30 minutes after sunset for optimal viewing experience and our team will deflate the screen and begin packing up equipment 10 minutes after the end of the movie unless other arrangements are made. Our pack-up process takes about 90 minutes and it's a wrap!! Now your guests will talk about how much fun their outdoor moonlite movie experience was!
